Pricing Options

We offer a Fair Pricing option because we do not believe a dealership with a small commercial inventory should pay the same as a dealer with a large one.

Our Fair Pricing option is $199/Month, plus $5 for each vehicle added during a month.

Here is how it works.  An invoice will be sent at the first of each month.  That invoice will include the $199 for the inventory system and $5 for each vehicle added that month.  This is regardless of the actual inventory count.

Examples:
10 vehicles were added to the inventory the previous month.
$199 + ($5 x 10) = $249 will be invoiced for that month.

20 vehicles were added to the inventory the previous month.
$199 + ($5 x 20) = $299 will be invoiced for that month.

40 vehicles were added to the inventory the previous month.
$199 + ($5 x 40) = $399 will be invoiced for that month.

One-Time Setup:  $250 will be billed for the setup and will be your first month’s invoice.  This includes all vehicles added to create your initial commercial inventory.

Fixed Pricing Option: $399 is the set monthly price for the service.  No matter if you add 0 or 100 vehicles in a month the price does not change.  However, any added Options prices will still be added.

Don’t need a Landing page?  The Website and Inventory Packages will be reduced by $100/month, e.g. Fair pricing will be $99/month, plus $5 per added vehicle or Set price will be $299.  However, any added Options prices will still be added.

30-day No-Risk Guarantee – Upon the launch of your website and inventory system, we will invoice your dealership. You have 30 days to pay the invoice.  If our solution does not meet your expectations don’t pay the invoice and inform us to cancel your site. We will cancel your site and the invoice. 

30-day Service Cancellation Policy – You can cancel your site and services with a 30-day notice.

For maximizing impact and minimizing cost for the Fair Price Model, it is important to establish what vehicles you consider commercial-grade.  Vehicles established as commercial-grade will be added to your inventory automatically.  Below is an example of a “rule set” one of our dealerships established that we use to add vehicles to their inventory.

  • Include all vehicles designated with a Fleet stock number or a Fleet code. Plus, include any additional vehicles that meets the rules below.
  • Include all chassis cabs, cutaways, upfits and cargo vans.
  • Include all F-350 pickups and F-450 pickups.
  • Include F-250 pickups that are Oxford White with a Trim of XL or XLT, plus any regular cab or supercab trucks.
  • Include F-150 pickups that are Oxford White with an XL or STX trim line, plus any regular cab or supercab trucks, and any hybrid or electric models.
